Cosmetics and skincare

For the shop that answers "is it real?" forty times a day

Price, shade, skin type, delivery, payment, authenticity. A cosmetics page answers the same six questions all day and half the night. Put the answers in once and ChatWun gives them, in Burmese, while you sleep.

ChatWun for a cosmetics shop is an AI assistant that answers customers' questions about products, prices, shades, skin types, delivery fees and payment methods from the shop's own price list, in Burmese, on Telegram, Viber, Messenger and a shop link, and hands anything else to the shop's staff.

A day's questions

How much is the sunscreen?

Our sunscreen is 18,000 MMK for the 50ml tube. It is SPF 50 and suits oily skin. The full price list is on our shop page.

Is this the original one?

Yes. We buy directly from the Thai distributor and every tube has the batch number on the box. Send a photo after delivery if you would like us to check it.

Which shade for medium skin?

For medium skin most customers take shade 03. If you send a photo in daylight, our staff can confirm before you order.

What you put in once

  • The price list, with sizes and shades. A photo of it is enough; it reads Burmese.
  • Delivery fees by city and the free-delivery threshold.
  • Payment methods and what to send to confirm: KBZPay, Wave, cash on delivery, the screenshot.
  • Your authenticity answer, in your words.
  • Opening hours and how long delivery takes.

What goes to a person

Shade matching from a photo, a complaint, a bulk order for a reseller, or a customer who simply asks for a person. Those arrive in your inbox with the conversation attached, so the reply starts from what has already been said.

Where it answers

What everyone asks first

Can it handle several brands?

Yes. The knowledge base is yours to organise; most shops list by brand and product. If you run two pages for two brands, each can be its own business with its own voice, on every plan.

Will it invent a price?

No. It answers from what you gave it. If a product is not in the list, it says so and passes the question to your staff.

Your customers never wait.

Set it up in about five minutes and ask it a question yourself. If it cannot answer, you have lost nothing.
